The Miracle Studios are very good at what they do. They would change things in minutes for me. They had a good idea of where I wanted to go with the website changes. I already had a functioning website so I was not too bothered by time. The time difference from India to here would cause some delays but the delays were worth it. It was amazing how I could email them and within a short time whatever was wrong was fixed. The only problem is I may need to learn some PHP or how to edit the software...but I am sure with time I will learn how. OR I will just email Miracle Studios..... Miracle Studios is the fourth design company I have used and one other similar ''for hire'' site. I was ready to give up on my quest to find a competent, reliable and skillful outsourcing partner. I have been disappointed with each one I have used previously. That is until I found Raj and Miracle Studios. I am probably generalising a bit here, but us Australians are very fussy and my clients demand and expect perfection, no matter how big or small the project is. That's why I have had such a hard time finding any company that I can rely on to meet my deadlines, my high standard in quality and work ethic expectations. Raj and the team at Miracle Studios not only achieve this but they have consistently surpassed my own expectations. They have done about 5-6 projects for me now, each perfect and as good or better than the last. For one project I had, I was happy with the final product. Even my client was happy with the final product, but Raj wasn't happy with some of the finer things with it. So Miracle literally pulled it back off me and redid the whole thing again. I rest my case. If you are in the market for an absolute gun flash design or web design company you have to at least have a look at these guys. Miracle Studios did an excellent job on my project. The end result speaks for itself. Upon initially bidding on the project they provided the idea for the opening flash introduction. With some of my input and their creative design we designed a great opening and home page as well. Raj and his team were efficient in the work and incorporated all of my material. I am not sure if the final $ amount vs. bid amount is indicated in feedback, if it is then I want to be sure to mention that we agreed upon the final cost (higher than initial bid) prior to closing the bidding process. All fees were exactly in line for the total project as agreed in our early discussions. I have further upgrades in the future and I will be using Miracle Studios to accomplish those projects as well. My story begins 9 months ago, when I first hired a web site designer through to construct a site for my business. I was never satisfied with their initial mockups, and hired 4 more designers, each of whom made at least three mockups. In time, I found one I liked, and had the original web site designer get to work. The web site was mostly completed in two months. However, the end result was mediocre. Trying to get the designer to improve the website proved futile, so after paying them for their services, I began to look for someone else. Miracle Studios and another designer were my top picks. I ended up selecting the other designer. He didn't like the look of the existing website, and decided to completely redo it. Hiring him turned out to be a mistake, because his designs were childishly amateur. I got back in touch with Miracle Studios and showed them all my previous designs and mockups. They agreed with my opinion of them, and promised they could do a lot better. After going through 6 designers, it should not surprise anyone reading this that I am extremely picky. I have an eye for quality design and am not satisfied until everything is perfect, down to the very last pixel. The first draft I received from Miracle Studios did not pass my standards. Regardless, I was still delighted with the overall quality, because even with its flaws, it had exceeded the quality of all prior mockups. After more revisions than I care to list here, we arrived at a completely new design that I can only describe as brilliant. Crisp and clean, eye-catchingly dazzling, the final design easily ranks among the best sites I have ever seen (check it out for yourself at www.n-brain.net). Miracle Studios delivered, in a way that 6 designers prior to them could not. I highly recommend Raj and his team to anyone with a discriminating eye. Overall, I think Miracle Studios is a great web design company with professional expertise. They can make outstanding websites if you want them to. I hired them to design www.TucsonsSmartestRealtor.com, so you can visit this site to get a sample of what they are capable of. The only small drawback (in my case) was that I had to push them to work harder, but it was worth it. The project took 8 weeks rather then 2, but the quality of the page is outstanding. If you care to learn from my experience, spell out exactly what you want (so they don't have to change everything in the middle of the project, as it was with me), insist on what you like (our taste was different) and watch your deadline! I am still rather new to outsourcing but I have been working with independent designers for quite a while, and I have never worked with a team as talented as Miracle Studios. Raj was great, always easy to get a hold of, and they exceeded my wildest expectations. The work they did for me was unbelievable. They created a full 3D office with an animated receptionist that begins talking as you walk in to the office. The detail in the office was unbelievable. Miracle Studios is perhaps the most dedicated and hard working company I have ever used for a web design/programming project. They are capable of not only high quality designing but can do absolutely anything in programming. They went above and beyond making sure everything was working to my specifications. They literally perform "miracles". They were able to complete a very complicated project with a totally unique content management system which they developed from scratch in a short amount of time. You cannot go wrong with Miracle studios. They were not happy until I was totally happy with the project. They made sure that even the admin panel looked good!!!
